Privacy – Terms & Conditions

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site.

We are shipping a product that is extremely temperature sensitive. During the warmer months we must ship our chocolate in Styrofoam containers with ice packs and the prices listed for shipping include this added expense. We assess each order as it is received, and we will contact you if we believe a change needs to be made, as chocolate melts above 75 degrees!

Please allow two (2) business days for your order to be processed
